HARD LOVE PROVINCE won Anisfield-Wolf Book Award, the National Prize for Literature on racism and diversity. It includes Martin Luther King, Jr. and Malcolm X among its winners.

The Award Ceremony Gala will take place at 6pm on September 10th, at the Ohio Theatre in Cleveland. Henry Gates, Jr.,  director of the Hutchins Center for African and African-American Research at Harvard University, will host the event.
